TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS

TEASER SESSIONS

No refund on teasers within 28 days of session. If over 28 days, we will refund (£20) less £5 admin

PARTIES

More than 28 days notice of cancellation = full refund (or deposit) less £30 admin fee.  Within 28 days, 50% of deposit refunded (plus if total prepaid.)  Less than 14 days, no refund of deposit £150.  Less than 7 days notice, refund of £150 deposit, although balance of party (@ £100) will be refunded.

COURSES

A full refund less £30 admin fee will be given if POLE ADDICTs is notified 21 days in advance of course start date.  If less than 21 days notice is given and your place is filled by POLE ADDICTs, a full refund will be given, less £30 admin fee.  If your place is not filled, no refund will be given.

AGE

POLE ADDICTs adheres to a policy of only teaching students 18 years or older.

HEALTH & SAFETY

All students will be required to complete a disclaimer prior to commencing a class or party (only 1 required for a course)

Participants must follow instructions at all times.

POLE ADDICTs must be consulted should you have any health concerns prior to the commencement of the course.

POLE ADDICTs AMENDMENTS

POLE ADDICTs reserves the right to change the time, venue, or date should circumstances out of our control warrant it.

POLE ADDICTs classes & courses require a minimum of 6 people to run.  In the event we do not have sufficient bookings, new dates will be issued.  If we are unable to accomodate your booking within 2 months, a full refund will be issued.
