POLE ADDICTs™
classes are held in private, friendly, professional environments and all instructors are qualified and extremely experienced! All classes have a minimum of 2 poles. Based on a 2 hour class, we use a ratio of 4 girls to 1 pole.

General info: What to wear? Guidelines = joggers / leggings (something you can move in!) and trainers / bare feet for the warm up. High heeled shoes / boots are great for assisting posture and the strut, although you could also wear trainers or bare feet. Preferably shorts for pole dancing and any top should do to start with - although the most important things is that you feel CONFIDENT and COMFORTABLE! Our experience means we have solutions to most clothing!
NB: The more advanced you become, bare skin or leather is required to grip the pole.
FUN & FITNESS CLASSES & DIARY
Levels:
Try out a one off pole dancing lesson at our TEASER sessions. If you’ve got the bug, sign up for a BEGINNERS course and if you’re dedicated – move onto INTERMEDIATE and if you’re an addict then EXTREME is for you. If it’s a private one to one you’re after, join us in an INTENSIVE. Our latest offering "POLE PLAY" are mixed ability classes for any pole dancer to join & keep progressing!
Costs:
Teaser: £20 per person for 2 hrs.
Beg course: £95 per person for 4wks x2hrs.
Int & Ext courses: £140 pp for 6wks x2hrs.
Pole Play: £95 for 4wks x2hrs.
Intensive: £50 per hour for up to 4 people

Places are confirmed upon receipt of payment (1st come, 1st served!) and required 1 week in advance of the course start date.... although we will endeavour to fulfill any last minute requests! Classes & courses require a minimum of 6 people attending.
